My fleet vehicle (Qashqai) ready to be replaced in October. Test drove 1.2 last week... Order placed over weekend. Very happy with feel and finish of the 2008 1.2 VTi Active... Just waiting patiently! Won't miss heavy running costs of Qashqai.

Thanks mezza - glad to hear you're enjoying the car! Hopefully I won't have to wait 3 to 4 months! Dealer in Belfast suggested easily by early October!

Hi CroftyFoster and welcome to the forum.

I think you will be well pleased with the 2008 compared to the Qashqai.

I had a Qashqai Tekna and thought I may find it strange but I have to say the 2008 is better.

It's more like driving a car whereas the Qashqai I found was like driving a van, albeit a comfortable van.

It is also better to clean as it's easier to reach the roof and its's also easier to enter and exit the car, especially for ladies.

It's easier to park as well.

All-in-all the 2008 is a very nice, comfortable car. Enjoy.
