Have you both looked if they have been accidentally turned off from the radio setting. If you turn on the radio, got to menu and driving up should come daylight running lights make sure it's ticked
You can turn them off but the instruction book says they are mandatory in some countries. I have googled several articles and while everyone agrees that this has been a compulsory fitment on vehicles produced in the EU after 2011 .Not a one says they are compulsory to actually use them.I noted one comment from a person at the bottom of an article that says they are not and indeed not even mentioned in the MOT which would tie up because mine have been switched of for my last 3 MOT's and nothing mentioned .I do run automatic lighting so everything else comes on under low light conditions,If anyone can throw any more light on this that would be good.
