Hi All,
Apologies if this has been asked before but I couldn't find any answers.
Does the cruise control actually apply the brakes on the 2008, or is it engine breaking?
My car actually feels like the brakes are being appliedand I never noticed this trait on other cars I've had.

Cheers
Brent

No it doesn't operate the brakes - it merely closes the throttle.

Ok thank you :)surprised a bitthough because it seems more resistance than when I just let off the throttle manually especially down a hill . Its good though I think because at least its not just hammering the brakes all the time to maintain a constant speed.
Cheers for the help
