Parked car, locked and wing mirrors folded in.
Came backed to car, unlocked, both wing mirrors not moved out after several locking and unlockings.
Don't think electric mirror adjusters worked either.
Tried to find fuses in glove box but wires stopped access or visual.
ANY IDEAS?

They can stop working if one has been knocked. Give them both a gentle wiggle. If that doesn't work try manually activating them using the button on the drivers door.

Try driving. Some cars have a safety feature where the mirrors will unfold automatically above 20-25mph.
Failing that try holding the mirror fold switch on the drivers door for a period of upto 10 seconds. Just put the ignition on but dont start the car. That way you'll hear the mirror motors if they are working(or not).

Thanks for that, the mirror fold switch worked.
Didn't know about that, must be the only one who didn't.

Hi

I have a driver's side wing mirror which does not fold in on locking.. it moves a little but does not fold in. It does feel a little looser than the other one...can anyone suggest anything please? I have tried pressing the button inside the door but still no joy.

Many thanks

difficult to say for sure without seeing it, but it sounds like its been knocked and broken the internal mechanism.
realistically the only option (if you really need it to fold) is to replace with a new one (new to you, doesn't need to be brand new)
