I would be interested to hear the experiences of any member who has recently purchased a new 2008, from a Peugeot Main Dealer, and has opted for the "Just add Fuel" scheme.


What initial documentation were you given by the dealer before, or at the time you took delivery of your new car?

Did the dealer immediately offer you a cheque to cover the cost of the 2nd and 3rd year road tax, or did you have to ask for it?

How long was it before you received your Welcome Pack and Membership Card from Peugeot?

In case you are wondering why I am asking these questions, although I am delighted with the car itself I am not happy with the treatment I received from my dealer, and I am considering submitting a formal complaint, covering my overall 'experience'.
