Dear All,Have picked up 2014 plate car this afternoon, touchscreen interface completely different to manual. Any advice re-instructions/updated manual appreciated.

It may be that the graphic display on your screen is set differently to the one shown in your manual.

There are two 'skins' to choose from on mine, Agora and Highlands.

I have mine set on Highlands.

I tried it on Agora the other day and it seemed totally alien to what I was used to.

You can see what yours is set on by going into main menu/settings/colour .

Thanks all for help,Had read manual online before buying car, menu structure in manual helps.
I have one more question - this looks like an aftermarket addition, unsure what thus is for?

That looks like an after market fitting for parking sensors.

Press the button to activate them.

Al.

Thanks all; doesn't seem to do anything to front or rear sensors, the fronts are not aftermarket. Yes it is ugly, although I can't see it when driving.

The display shown in the manual results when you carry out a factory reset.
I discovered this because of problems with the sat nav resetting itself when a route was entered, see my other post regarding the sat nav.
