Hi the service light has come on and the light in the eco switch is also on with engine running also when turning on ignition engine fault repair needed comes on dash have had car plugged into diagnostic tester and codes that came up where P1A9C power accumulator health state, and B1331 Electric window authorisation also eco mode does not work can anyone help thanks

Some simple questions
1) Model and year of vehicle?
2) How many miles total and in your ownership
3) How old is the battery?
I typically top up the battery of all of my cars once a month with a CTEK charger and it keeps the electrical gremlins away. Batteries typically last 4-5yrs, but less if limited miles and short journeys, using my regime I've never had a battery fail in 10yrs, so that would be my first recommendation.
