Hi, after ordering 8 months ago I finally took delivery of my e2008 gt last week. I absolutely love it. However I wanted to see what average, real world range other owners are getting.
Thanks, Al

Hi Paul, that's really useful thanks. By chance this week I have started a run with no heating, aircon, radio and using eco B mode. I did have to do a short stint on motorway which knocked it down a bit, but so far estimating about 150 miles. Will see how it goes. That is in the cold as well 👍Hi,
I have had an e-2008 GT for three months now. The first couple of weeks I was driving it without the aircon switched on (weather was warmer), just on A and B roads (no motorway speeds above 50mph) and set on Eco drive all the time just to see what I could get out of it.
I got around 200 to 204 miles on each charge. The best way to check this is to set your dash custom screen to show Personal 2 mode, then push the little scroll wheel on the left side of the steering wheel once to show the trip mileage. Remember to set the trip mileage to zero by pushing in the wiper stalk for a couple of seconds. You can then see what miles you have done and add this to the remaining range to total the range on your current charge.
You may notice that the initial range indicated upon a full charge is quite low, around 170 to 180 miles is typical. This is because the charging system estimates without the benefit of the brake charging being applied throughout the journeys. You will find the range estimate increase as you drive. Also note that regenerative braking does not apply unless the battery has lost some of its charge and will only come into effect when the battery charge is around the 80 percent mark, this is to prevent overcharging.
Real world though, that is a completely different matter. Wind resistance over 50mph will drop the range by about 25 percent. The aircon and cabin heating will knock another 15 to 20 percent off. Putting the drive mode into Standard or Sport will also knock about 10 to 20 percent or more off. So expect winter driving on a motorway to give you about 100 miles range. Push the car around (not literally hopefully) and you will get even less.
Drive around in Eco on country lanes and in towns and cities in a warm climate and you may well get the top range above 206 miles that was originally quoted by Peugeot. Most I got was 204 miles though.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Paul
Hi, I am in the same boat to be honest, I was hoping to get 150 mile range. I did a roundtrip last week of 98 miles. For the first 49 miles from a full charge I ended up with 78 miles left. that was 120 miles to do 49. I was driving in normal mode, around 70 mph and using the adaptive cruise control. On the return journey, I change to eco mode, turned off cruise and drove more steady but still at around 70. I still had 28 miles left on the range when I got home so much better. I am interested to know what range I will get if I use the same driving style for the entire drive now. Anyone else got any views on this? I would be disappointed if using cruise really effects the range as what's the point in having it if you can't use it?Don't get me wrong, I love the car, I was just really hoping to get a comfortable 150 miles out of it. So far I've ran it nearly empty once and got 104 miles. Otherwise my average estimate would be 120 but didn't let it get that low. Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong. I'm driving normally /conservatively, not using the heating or heated seats, but still waybof my anticipated range?
Hi Beth. I think you should be fine, particularly if you use it in B mode to recover more power when breaking.Thinking if getting an e2008. However my commute is 37 miles each way 25 of which are motorway miles. Then a few maximum 12mile round trip journeys whilst at work. Am I going to be OK on a days charge?? I'm thinking winter is going to be more of an issue??
